Student Instructions on How to Enter a Contest
If no contests are visible, then contact your teacher and have your teacher add you.
- Ensure that the required metadata has been entered for all photographs. If you are not certain how to add this, see the Digital Submission Instructions (https://www.atpi.org/submission/) on the ATPI website or contact your instructor.
- Select the contest from the Live Contests option in the menu above or from the list of Live Contests.
- You will see the available options for the contest entries (including single image, portfolio or video).
- Select the applicable link.
- Complete the contest entry form and upload the applicable file(s).
- If you are assigned to multiple instructors, you will need to select which instructor should review your entry.
- Acknowledge that you have read the contest rules and that you are the owner / author of the entry.
- Portfolio entries will require a minimum / maximum number of entries. All entries must be uploaded together.
- Video entries will require a URL for the location of the video.
- Additional entries can be uploaded or you can select “Home” in the menu bar to go back to the main page.
- Select the contest from the Live Contests option in the menu above or from the list of Live Contests.
- Select the link to "View / Edit Contest Entries".
- Select the link associated with the entry number. (A blank list indicates that you have not submitted any entries.)
- Click on a graphic to open a larger view of the image.
- Uploading a new image will replace the original image.
- You may delete your entry.
- Your instructor can also add / modify entries on your behalf.
If no contests are visible, then contact your teacher and have your teacher add you.
